Sometimes life happens so we have a cancellation policy

 
Our stylists plan their days carefully to give full attention to clients, so when you show up late, cancel or reschedule at short notice it affects our schedule and can impact on others.

We know that stuff happens and your weeks don't always go to plan, but we do ask that you give us no less than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If sufficient notice is not received we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your appointment cost payable on your next visit. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you booked for.
